Shipping
How much does shipping cost?
We offer $7 flat rate shipping on all orders within the United States. Orders over $35 ship free.
Where do you ship from?
All orders ship from our warehouse in Texas.
How long does processing take?
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We're working on expanding to international shipping in the future.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
All sales are final. Due to the nature of body jewelry (hygiene and safety), we cannot accept returns on worn items.
What if my item arrives damaged or broken?
If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must report it the same day you receive the package. Contact us at info@thebj.store with your order number and photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.
Can I exchange an item for a different size?
We do not offer exchanges at this time. Please refer to our Size Guide before ordering to ensure you select the correct size.

What materials are your jewelry made from?
We carry jewelry in a wide range of body-safe materials:

Is your jewelry safe for sensitive skin?
If you have sensitive skin or metal allergies, we recommend implant-grade titanium or 14K solid gold jewelry. These materials are hypoallergenic and widely recommended by professional piercers.
Is your jewelry safe for new piercings?
For initial piercings, we recommend implant-grade titanium jewelry. Always follow your piercer's aftercare instructions and consult with a professional piercer before changing jewelry in a healing piercing.
Sizing & Gauges
How do I know what gauge I need?
Gauge refers to the thickness of the jewelry post or wire. Common gauges by piercing type:
- Nose piercings: 20G or 18G
- Cartilage / Tragus / Helix: 16G or 18G
- Belly button: 14G
- Tongue: 14G
- Nipple: 14G
- Lip / Labret: 16G or 14G
- Industrial: 14G
- Septum: 16G, 14G, or 12G

How do I measure the length I need?
Length is measured differently depending on the jewelry type. For barbells and labrets, it's the wearable length of the post (not including the ends). For hoops and rings, it's the inner diameter. Check our Size Guide for detailed instructions.
Orders & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
If you need to cancel or modify your order, contact us at info@thebj.store as soon as possible. We process orders quickly, so we can only make changes if the order hasn't been shipped yet.
